Unsurpassable Construction's President, Mike Kohut not only personally came out and met with Administration to determine if this project could be done, but was very professional and forthcoming; stating his concerns for the environment and the potential impact of placing his equipment into the ecosystem of the pond. With his experience and highly practiced operational skills, he developed and implemented a plan to remove this material.

Unsurpassable Construction was able to mobilize their heavy duty equipment into this public park and complete the removals on very short notice. Mike and his team removed the material with great skill both in and out of the water by thinking out of the box and using the material as a foothold under the equipment. Unsurpassable Construction definitely held up to their name on this very public, high risk and environmentally challenging project.

Being new landowners we had little experience in how to demolish the numerous dilapidated structures on the property. We had contacted several companies and Unsurpassable Construction returned our call within hours of our initial inquiry and gave us a time and date they would be out to look at our project. Mike Kohut arrived promptly at that time, proposing budget friendly options. He was extremely professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. The estimate arrived as promised and was more than fair, giving us more confidence in hiring Unsurpassable. Work began promptly on the date promised, and over the next weeks we were highly impressed with the work ethic demonstrated by Mr. Kohut. The skill demonstrated on the heavy equipment often found us standing and watching in amazement while he tore down the houses and structures with the track hoe, and saving all the surrounding trees we had hoped to keep. The demolition was so professionaly executed, it was hard to tell that a building once stood there.

Mike and his team went the extra mile, walking the ground and picking up small pieces of garbage, and made sure there was topsoil in place so that grass grew very quickly. Before Unsurpassable even left our property, we hired them for our next project, adding a dugout which we were extremely satisfied with! Mr. Kohut even went out of his way to help us find out how to aerate the dugout properly, and put in a sand beach for our new swimming hole. 

 

We now plan to have Unsurpassable Construction back soon to do the ground preparation for a round pen to work our horses in, and we feel confident this project will also be completed with the same skill and quality. We feel very confident referring Unsurpassable Construction to friends and neighbours.
